Heading Out to 'Big Church Day Out' Annual Concert Weekend!!! -Camping!!!
It's going to be a fun weekend!!! We're going CAMPING!!!
Yep! This is the weekend of the Big Church Day out I mentioned before! We'll be leaving in about an hour and return on Sunday evening. We've been advised not to expect much sleep this weekend due to our busy schedule. :)
Please be in prayer that it is a warm and rain free weekend. Apparently it's rained for the last four years. (Yikes!) We will be camping in tents and performing work duties outside, and the ground is already cold, so we REALLY hope that the air and weather will be warm.
Praise God we do have mats to sleep on and the sleeping bag I got here is pretty warm. It will be interesting not to take a shower until Sunday night! LOL! I've been advised by the experienced that baby wipes comes in handy. So I bought a packet. ;)
So, I do look forward to this weekend! I really do. I pray that God will be glorified and that many will hear and receive His Word.
BTW: Did I mention that Newsboys and Third Day will be there??? And I have backstage access now!!! Nah! Nah!
IT WILL BE SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!
I'll update you all later after I come back.... maybe. It might be a few days.... I'll try hard not to let it be several weeks in between again! ;)
